We are very excited to add this lovely Featherweight 221 to the site.  Completely serviced, cleaned, polished, electrically inspected, timed, tuned and sampled, rest assured - this Featherweight 221 will be ready to sew right out of the case. Powerful original 110v motor with a quiet, smooth stitch.  As with all machines purchased from April 1930’s, this will be accompanied with a Guarantee Certificate.  Serial number AJ 123*** indicates an original production commission date of March 15, 1949.

The original decals are still in place with minimal wear. 





Normal pin markings - don’t you think they add charm and reminiscent nostalgia?  I can’t help but wonder what special garments were sewn and treasured.

Case is in good overall condition. There is one small puncture in the exterior to the left of the right latch. Case includes the top tray for holding the foot controller, box of attachments, manual, etc...
