This particular case includes the unique Under Braider attachment which as you can see from the photos below allows for that "certain something special" on a fashionable garment or craft project. The mechanism guides the braid through while actually sewing on the backside of the fabric - making the braid appear as if it is "floating" on the front surface. I took extreme close-up photos so you could see that the thread is hardly even noticeable.





The ric rac braid I used (for your own reference) was vintage baby cotton. I'm sure you've seen it on old balero jackets, handbags, etc... it comes in all different colors and yardage is available in the Notions & Trims area of the website.





I will include like instructions so you'll have quick reference.



As you can see from the detail, each attachment will work perfectly with your 221 or 222K Featherweight.

Granted, if you are unfamiliar with these attachments, they each take a lot of practice and you will need to follow the directions slowly, carefully and precisely.
